GRAIXL & EU AI Act Alignment

The GRAIXL Voice AI Interview Platform operates in accordance with the European Union’s Artificial Intelligence Act (EU AI Act).
Our system is classified as a limited-risk AI application, designed to assist recruiters—not replace them.
The platform never makes automated hiring or rejection decisions. All evaluations are non-binding and reviewed by human decision-makers before any action is taken.
We follow strict principles of transparency, fairness, and data protection — including informing candidates when interacting with AI, avoiding biometric data processing, and ensuring EU-based secure data storage.
GRAIXL is committed to ethical and responsible AI, continuously monitoring the system for quality and fairness, fully aligned with European law and values.

How GRAIXL Ensures Fair, Accurate, and Consistent AI Evaluation

1) Fairness (No Bias)

  • No audio stored or analyzed; zero exposure to accent or tone bias.
  • Evaluation uses transcript text only; demographic signals excluded.
  • Multilingual, gender-neutral text datasets for training & testing.
  • Regular bias audits ensure similar answers get similar scores.
  • Explainable factors considered: content relevance, logic, and structure.

2) Accuracy (Validated)

  • Structured rubrics per question type (technical, behavioral, situational).
  • Scores map to competency markers (clarity, domain knowledge, reasoning).
  • Cross-validated against expert recruiter panels for agreement.
  • Transparent justifications provided per question and per competency.
  • Client calibration loop: optional spot-reviews refine thresholds.

3) Consistency (Same Yardstick)

  • Same rubric and model version applied to every transcript.
  • Statistical normalization for cross-candidate comparability.
  • Deterministic scoring: identical answers → identical scores.
  • Version-locked campaigns ensure like-for-like comparisons.
  • Side-by-side ranking across key dimensions with percentiles.

4) Privacy (Transcript-Only)

  • We do NOT record or store voice audio — only text transcripts.
  • Low data sensitivity; GDPR-aligned retention and access controls.
  • Full audit logs: who viewed, who changed settings, when.
  • Future psychometrics (voice) will be optional and consent-based.
  • Exports include transcripts, scores, rationales, and versions.

Quick callouts

  • No Voice Recording — Interviews are evaluated purely from text transcripts.
  • Explainable Scoring — Every score includes rationale tied to rubric criteria.
  • Version Control — All candidates in a campaign use the same model version.
  • Data Governance — GDPR-aligned retention, access controls, and full audit logs.

GRAIXL • Fair • Accurate • Consistent • Private (Transcript-Only)
